Mike Davis says a federal home raid involving Rep. Ilhan Omar should be taken seriously because the warrant was signed by a Democratic magistrate judge in Washington, D.C., arguing that the judge’s political background undercuts claims that the investigation is simply a partisan operation directed by President Donald Trump.
Davis focused heavily on the identity of the judge who approved the warrant.
"This is what's so great about this. People keep saying that this is a Trump hit on Ilhan Omar before the midterm elections. What they leave out is this crucial point that this D.C. U.S. magistrate judge, what's his name, Matthew Sharbaugh? Democrat. He is a Democrat who signed this home raid warrant. He is a Democrat who donated to Hillary Clinton. He is a Democrat who clerked twice for an Obama judge in D.C."
Davis argued that those circumstances make it unlikely, in his view, that the warrant was the product of a coordinated political attack.
"This is he's not conspiring. This Democrat D.C. magistrate judge is certainly not conspiring or colluding with President Trump to take out political enemies. So that shows you that this is very serious."
He then emphasized the legal significance of authorizing a search of a sitting member of Congress, particularly because lawmakers receive constitutional protections related to their legislative activities.
"That there, that what it means is when you sign a home warrant like this, when you sign a home warrant on a member of Congress, there is a much heightened standard, right?"
Davis continued by arguing that investigators and the court would need to be especially careful before authorizing such a search.
"It's not only a home warrant that calls for a heightened standard, but it's a member of Congress with speech and debate immunity under the Constitution. So you better make damn sure that you're right before you order this home raid, and that's you have to presume that is what happened here because you had this D.C. Democrat judge ordering a home raid on a sitting member of Congress, they went through her house in D.C."
Davis then moved into allegations surrounding Omar’s immigration and citizenship history, citing reports that he said raised questions about whether her father had been naturalized.
"Now we've seen the news reporting about her immigration status-that her father was not actually naturalized, or they can't find evidence that he's a naturalized citizen."
He also made allegations about Omar’s father and raised questions concerning derivative naturalization.
"Her father was a bad dude. He was a bad dude, a colonel in the Somali military who was the oppressor. It's amazing that he's the one who's claiming refugee status."
Davis said the timing and age requirements for derivative citizenship could become relevant to the investigation.
"And then you have the issue of derivative naturalization. If an adult comes in, their minor children can get naturalized as well. Well, it's pretty obvious she was not a minor when this happened."
He added, "So not only was her father likely not naturalized, she was not a minor. She was 18, not 17. So she could not. It's very likely she's not a naturalized citizen"
Davis went on to connect the citizenship allegations with other claims involving Omar’s finances, family relationships, and alleged fraud.
"And then you have issues where she's trying to get other people into this country, like marrying her brother, and then her fortune is going up by 13 13,000% in one year, and then going back down, and then her sister's involved allegedly in this scam back in Minnesota, where they're taking millions of dollars in food aid and lining their pockets"
He predicted that federal agencies would pursue accountability if investigators determine that criminal conduct occurred.
"There will be accountability against Ilhan Omar. The Trump Justice Department, the Trump Department of Homeland Security, will make sure that happens."
Davis then broadened his criticism to Somali immigration generally, making sweeping claims about immigrants from Somalia and alleged abuse of American social programs.
"But there's a broader problem here, as you're saying, Ben, why the hell are we mass importing people from third world Marxist hellholes like Somalia when they have IQs of 65, and we're bringing them into these white liberal enclaves, these high trust enclaves like Minnesota, and they're fleecing us."
He also alleged widespread fraud involving public benefits and claimed money was being sent overseas.
"They're taking 10s of millions of dollars in our social safety net programs, and they're defrauding us. They're laughing about it. Not only are they buying fancy cars and fancy houses here in America, they're sending money back to Somalia to fund terrorism against us in America."
Davis concluded by predicting that the affidavit supporting the search warrant will contain significantly more damaging information once it becomes public.
"I bet you anything that when this affidavit comes out on this home search warrant that this D.C. Democrat judge signed, it is going to be a lot more explosive, a lot more damning than people imagine."
Mike Davis predicts when the Ilhan Omar affidavit is unsealed, it will be much darker than people realize…
And there's only one result, denaturalization and deportation. Democrats keep calling the Ilhan Omar investigation Weaponization by Trump. The judge who signed off on the warrant is a Democrat who was appointed by Democrats, who donated to Hillary and who clerked for an Obama judge. The fact that she signed off on this just shows how serious this really is, especially since she’s a sitting member of Congress.
